A RISING TIDE IS BACK!

 

We're back and you're invited! Join us for two inspiring weekends of live music, dance, theater, and nature adventures along the shores of our city's most valuable natural resource. Click "tickets" to reserve your spot. Your ticket confirmation will list the dates of the entire series. Don't worry! We know what day you'll be joining us! Please email caitlin@indyconvergnece.org with questions.

Speaker Block #1

The Palace

 Join us for a night of s'mores, cocktails, river views, and great music from our favorite guys that make up rock-soul band The Palace. 

Salute to the DJs!

 Experience local Superstar DJs from all genres! Each DJ will play 10 to 20 minute sets. Hosted by Mike Treez and presented by Tedd Hardy. 


Nature Hike

September 11

Join Greg Harger for the most informative nature hike you've ever taken along the Haughville Nature Trail. This trail is an easy walk through nature with moderate uneven surfaces. The walk and talk will last about 45 minutes. Great for all ages!

Fonseca Theatre Company

September 11

Join Fonseca Theatre Company for a mythical night of multicultural storytelling. They have new ten-minute plays will highlight Latine, Black, and European folklore that they can't wait to share with you!


Gritty N' Craft Show

September 16

The Gritty N' Craft Show is a multi-discipline art showcase featuring all original music, choreography, and improv, created entirely by the Gritty N' Craft family. Each show is unique making every experience one you don't want to miss, and you have they Gritty N' Craft guarantee that you've never seen anything quite like this!

Son de Esquina

A beautiful evening of Latin inspired music including cumbia, salsa-dura, bolero from the some of the top musicians in Indianapolis. Perfect all ages event. 

MC Mike Treez and Forward Motion

September 18

A truly unique collaboration between Haughville DJs and musical entrepreneurs with classical music ensemble Forward Motion. Do not miss this incredible collaboration.

Kenyetta Dance Company

An afternoon of inspiring dance from the exquisite artists of Kenyetta Dance Company. This show will make you want to move and celebrate community, life, and the natural beauty around you. Great for families!

Rent the stage!

All renters must obtain their own insurance and comply with safety standards set by Indy Convergence. 

EVENT FAQ

Parking?

You may park at Wendell Phillips School #63 and cross White River Parkway to the event location. There are also some spaces along White River Parkway. Enter "Belmont Beach Park" or 2020 N White River Parkway W into your GPS for directions.


Accessible parking is also available. Please email cailtin@indyconvergence.org for an accessible space. The venue requires some walking on uneven surfaces. 


What to bring?

A chair or blanket to sit on, a flashlight (the one on your phone is great), and refreshments you'd like to enjoy during the show. There will not be food and beverage vendors on site. 


Bathrooms? 

There are two port-o-lets available for you to use during the event.
